
What is Shotgun?
Shotgun is a theme-based musical program aired on Radio City 89.3 FM in Guayaquil, designed to capture the moods, vibes, and everyday moments that resonate with the contemporary life of the city. Hosted by the charismatic Juan Carlos Coronel, the show brings a witty and lighthearted tone to help listeners unwind after a long day at the office.
The program takes inspiration from the classic car ride ritual of calling Shotgun, inviting listeners to join Juan Carlos as co-pilots on a musical journey. With carefully curated playlists and relatable commentary, he ensures a smooth and enjoyable drive home, blending humor, good vibes, and a deep connection to the urban rhythm of Guayaquil.
Shotgun stands out for its ability to transform a routine commute into a shared experience, combining clever storytelling, eclectic music selections, and a fresh perspective that keeps listeners engaged and entertained.

For this project in particular, I started by creating the brand visual identity to make sure that it goes in sync with the concept of the program.
Additionaly, I created the content for Instagram content, as well as performing the role of social media manager, scheduling the contents for every day and receiving requests via DMs.
