Cifiku is a startup that emerged during the pandemic, emphasizing the importance of integrating STEM methodologies into private school curricula. This initiative was achieved through the adoption of UBBU , a Portuguese gamified platform designed to teach children aged 6 to 12 the principles of coding and algorithms in a no-code, intuitive environment.
As the exclusive authorized vendor of UBBU in Ecuador, Cifiku facilitated the digital transformation of education by providing licenses for students and teachers, enabling schools to embrace innovative learning solutions.
What was my role in this project?
As a content creator and strategist for this project, I played a key role in developing engaging social media content—both static visuals and short-form videos—to raise awareness about UBBU’s benefits. My work involved crafting compelling posts, advertisements, and educational materials tailored to different audience segments, including students, teachers, and school administrators. Through a combination of organic content and targeted paid campaigns, I helped position Cifiku as a leader in digital education solutions within the Ecuadorian market.

Beyond content creation, I collaborated closely with educational consultants and digital transformation experts to ensure that the messaging aligned with the pedagogical value of the platform. By curating high-quality content that highlighted success stories, key features, and the long-term impact of UBBU, I contributed to building a strong brand presence and fostering engagement within the educational community.
Short form video content was the top performing type of content, which we started building more and more to reach our audience. In these content pieces we presented the features of the software and specific studies showing the benefits of a STEM education.

The targeted ads campaign resulted in an increase in 60% of the leads for the company, bringing more chances to the sales team to land new clients, and also to expand beyond the local market in Guayaquil to other major cities like Quito, Cuenca, Ambato and Riobamba.
